iParts4U are pleased to announce they are now a Samsung Authorised Distributor. The local tech company based in Newport have paired up with the tech giant Samsung to supply service packs and device parts to customers across the UK.
Celebrating the news, Managing Director David Humphrey said ‘This has been something we have been working towards for a very long time and we are delighted to be a Samsung Authorised Distributor, expanding our product range and stopping more devices than ever from going to landfill. When Samsung approached us for this partnership, it was confirmation for us that we do provide the highest quality products and service’.
Whilst full details of the contract are not able to be disclosed publicly, iParts4U have confirmed that they will now be stocking genuine Samsung parts from Samsung directly and as part of this deal have access to exclusive low pricing as well as the full range of Samsung replacement screens as well as other service parts.
Unlike Apple who only recently agreed to make genuine Apple parts for repairs, Samsung has always supported third party repair, making genuine repair parts available for purchase for both retail and trade customers. By partnering with iParts4U, it will be easier than ever for end-users to access these parts with iParts4U free next day delivery.
iParts4U started because of David’s vision to provide a reliable source for device parts, so that DIY repairers could be sure that the parts they were buying were going to work, rather than having to guess if any failed repairs were down to mistakes they made, or faulty parts. The local supplier has already made great progress in the aftermarket phone parts market with their flagship IP9 screen range and partnership with adhesive manufacturing giant tesa.
iParts4U will be working with Samsung to help distribute genuine Samsung parts out to repairers across the UK to help them repair the UK’s second most popular phone brand. As well as access to Samsung’s whole range of repair products, this deal has enabled iParts4U to drop their prices, to make Samsung repair more affordable. As there are now no middlemen and iParts4U can get their products directly from Samsung, there are no additional import/export costs, which iPart4U are passing onto the customer as part of their mission to make device repair as accessible as possible.
Expanding further into the Samsung parts market, iParts4U are hoping to help prevent thousands more devices from going to landfill or ending up as toxic E-waste. Along with their LCD buyback scheme, iParts4U are committed to the Right to Repair movement to help reduce e-waste as much as possible by extending the life of a user’s devices as long as possible. Already known for their Apple replacement parts and iPhone repair guides, iParts4U are hoping that by becoming a Samsung Authorised Distributor they will be able to encourage more people to repair their devices, and empower more device repairers to take on new and different repair products, reassured that the products they are receiving are of the highest quality.
